Our security guards are well trained and will have experienced working on a holiday park before they are sent to your site. The guards we employ for holiday parks are trained not only in security procedures but also general duties such as maintenance i.e. gas bottle changes, minor electrical problem solving, and also housekeeping supplying linen and bedding to guests that have arrived late. The training our guards receive means they are more than capable in providing a reception function to late arrivals, this extra training along with exceptional customer service skills enable us to offer a truly unique security package to aid in the smooth running of your holiday park.

All security guards are  trained and licensed with the SIA and are  also trained in Emergency first aid , Fire Fighting, Law and powers of arrest, patrolling, customer care and are also covered by our public liability insurance.

SIA Registered Door Supervisors

Door Supervisors do not often receive praise because of the stereotypical image they have been given, however we are breaking away from previous methods of working and now provide well trained customer safety hosts who have a previous experience working at holiday park venues. Our door supervisors are equally at home dealing with lost children and domestic disputes as they are dealing with acts of violence. The door supervisors that we employ for holiday parks are well tempered and well presented creating a calm relaxing atmosphere but remain firm enough to deal with situations as they arise.

All our Registered door supervisors are trained in Fire Fighting and emergency evacuation, Licensing Law and powers of arrest, Drug recognition, Search procedures and customer care, door supervisors are also covered by our public liability insurance.
